It’s true. I appreciate the hustle from those guys, but we have 4-5 guys in the lineup who are 27 going on 28 and not remotely a full time NHLer.

With Panarin out of the lineup, we’re just a shallow, young team and the guys at the top of the points/experience scale aren’t nearly as experienced or accomplished as they could be. A vet like a Toews (contract is terrible, just using as an example) would probably be huge for this team.
