With the season two weeks away today, I thought I would revisit some of Bob Miller's greatest calls. Please post videos or sound bytes that you see fit to put into this thread.

In no particular order...

#1 for me:

"This is for you Kings fans wherever you may be. All the frustration and disappointment of the past is gone. The 45 year drought is over. The Los Angeles Kings are indeed the Kings of the National Hockey League. They are the 2012 Stanley Cup Champions!"

Instant relief, tears, and gratification every time I hear those words. The wait is over and he was the one I needed to hear it from the most.

The best in the business:

Pickings are slim on YouTube.

Want to find that awesome call he made in the Boston series, 1976, game 6..."We're going back to Boston! We're going back to Boston!" LOL

Before the 2012 win, both Adam Deadmarsh's OT goal and Gretzky's 1851st point were my favorites, so you got them all :P

Miller also had a great call on Gretzky's 802nd goal, but still can't find it. YouTube has a Vancouver broadcaster (which is pretty good, BTW), but no Bob. :( I will keep looking for it, got to be around somewhere...

Still looking for a youtube of it..

That one game against Detroit when they had that drunk fan that got up into rafters and Bob asking if the guy fell onto the ice would Detroit be charged with too many men. I lost it. I think I cried I was laughing so hard.

Here it is...

...and...as an extra bonus...a little something to wet the whistle...

Yeah, this is the game where Bob talking about "trouble before," and the two of them break up laughing so hard they turned their mikes off. Lots of silence here.
