If only everyone (including myself more than 2 years at a time) could just make it a math game of in/spent without letting 1 cheat day become 3, 5, and 7.

(floated 160-220 for years, and now 185-260 with realistic cuts being 185-200 in a 2-3 month span)
Are you saying that your weight is fluctuating between 185 & 260?

Magneisum glycinate is an excellent supplement to help take advantage of D3 and K2 and it's also a great sleep aide. D3 and K2 in the morning (they often come together in one gel cap) and the magnesium glycinate at night. Magnesium citrate will give you the shits.

Over about 2 years of laziness? Yeah. On my 3rd time being up this high, so the next diet needs to be permanent. Also had to learn that I can't outwork a bad diet, particularly now approaching 40.

Well, buddy, not knowing you or your exact situation, I’d say that there are lots of different body types and there is a healthy version of each body type.

I’ve learned that weight control is about hormones and gut health.

Lower the estrogen, raise the testosterone, get cortisol under control and read up on insulin resistance. Build your diet around these things.

Carbs and glycemic spikes are your enemy.
