I saw one of the families put the Jays logo on one of their caskets.
Haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere, but Mayza is expected to join the team today barring setback

In A+, he has now allowed one earned run and 9 hits in 19.2 innings (0.41 ERA) with 28 K's and 3 walks.Tiedemann 5 IP, 9 K, 1 BB, 3 hits, 0 runs
So how long does he have to keep this up until he gets the call up to AA?In A+, he has now allowed one earned run and 9 hits in 19.2 innings (0.41 ERA) with 28 K's and 3 walks.
His WHIP is 0.61.
Probably won't happen until late in the season. He's still 19 and in his first real pro season. So how long does he have to keep this up until he gets the call up to AA?
What is the playoff format this year?
So the Jays likely will play the Rays.
- No. 1 seed – Best record in National League/American League, gets first-round bye
- No. 2 seed – Second-best record by division winner, receives first-round bye
- No. 3 seed – Division winner with third-best record, faces No. 6 seed
- No. 4 seed – Wild Card team with best record, hosts No. 5 seed
- No. 5 seed – Wild Card team with second-best record, faces No. 4 seed
- No. 6 seed – Third Wild Card team, faces No. 3 seed
As of now yes but lot's season left much can change. So the Jays likely will play the Rays.
Probably til the draft. So how long does he have to keep this up until he gets the call up to AA?
Kind of the like the Leafa being victims this season of a great division. Only difference is Jays have had to deal with it for a long time4th place in the AL East is now 3 games above .500. Every other 4th place team is at least 4 games below .500
Yep
Wishful thinking.Pearson was touching 97mph. My guess is by the time he is fully back and ready he will be touching 99-100mph again. And then likely he will be a pen addition for a playoff run.
So the Jays likely will play the Rays.
