Yep, Pronger has a freaking fractured bone in his foot. I know the guy is tough but I'm hoping he stays home for the Olympics. It sucks for Canada but the team is going to ride him way too hard with Niedermayer and Jovo already out and he's not going to get healthy playing on that foot.

Team Canada's already hurting defence took another hit when Rob Blake of the Colorado Avalanche left Friday's game against the Columbus Blue Jackets in the second period with an apparent groin strain and did not return.

His injury status remains unknown but a good indication will be if he plays in Sunday's game against the Detroit Red Wings.
