While the goal against Toronto was weak it’s difficult to blame the goalie when he only allows one.

The only reason it was only one is because Toronto was missing the net the whole game. They put one on goal and it goes in Markstrom is Frankenstein in net.

Look, you know well I was very against Markstrom being acquired. With Stolarz having been available and his play this year it makes it even more of a bummer. Same with the doable return for Askarov, which we tried on anyway but got rejected because of having Markstrom already. So our goalie outlook isn’t as good as it could have been with a few weeks more patience

But one goal… we should be able to score 3-4 reliably like the Canes do.

Our lack of depth is being exposed. It is what it is.
