Some of these teams were a lot better than others. Talbot and Raanta were great for us but they played for much stronger and veteran teams.

Georgiev is very good. Here he is the other night--hasn't played a game in about 10 months and pitches a shutout and he looked in control the entire time. Shesterkin is not going to be able to pull off this season by himself. It's too great an ask of pretty much every goalie in the league. Backups are going to be very important when it comes to making the playoffs and making a playoff run.
 
Talbot had some folks (rightfully or wrongfully) talking about trading 31 year old Lundqvist.

Dan Blackburn is 37. I always wonder how his career would have went if he did not get hurt. speaking of backups, remember he was during the dark era as an 18 year old. coached by the wonderful Ron Low :sarcasm:
