We don't know that, the hardest shot competition is only held between All Stars. Would like to see them bust out the radar gun on Boychuk, wouldnt surprise me if he has Chara beat.

He for sure doesn't but it's still awesome.

I think Chara's slap shot is fairly ineffective considering how hard it is TBH. I give him the edge because you have to respect it though.
