Family left so I’m chilling. Watching random reactions on YouTube. The talking heads - Eisen, Baldinger, etc - are savaging Flus. Cowher and Matt Ryan shredded him. He won’t survive this

You have a new OC 3 weeks in and a rookie qb. It's annoying but that's a thing that just goes away when everyone is on the same page across an offense. Can't do that without people worth keeping around for years.
Another good point. They are flirting with delay of game penalties on every drive

The happiest person in that locker room is Montez Sweat. All of those other stories take precedence of how bad he’s been this season after the big payday. A non-factor in almost every game.

The bad has all been said so with an eye on the future I will say I appreciate the resilience Caleb showed after a very bad first half. Thought we were in for a very long day but he came out got the better of very good defense in the second half. Since their bye week the passer ratings of QBs against the Lions:

42.2 - Prescott
103.6 - Darnold
66.3 - Rudolph
69.7 - Love
64.2 - Stroud
56.4 - the great Mac Jones
60.4 - Richardson
97.8 - Caleb

10 INT over that stretch as well with only Richardson and Caleb not being victimized. Some bad QBs in there for sure but also some good to great ones getting made to look mediocre. Some might say it's just a product of playing from so far behind but this Lions team has absolutely not taken their foot off of anyone's throat this year. It looked like we were headed to another one of those 40+ point curbstomps they have hung on teams several times this year but things really shaped up after the half.

He still has a lot to iron out for sure. The missed throws on open receivers make you want to die because he's doing some of the hard stuff well and it should be so easy for a guy with his talent. But the spin on that is that we could see some really high level QB play if he can fix it.
