How’s Muhk looking? I’d love for him to get a shot at the NHL but I don’t think that’s happening unless there a couple of injuries or we trade Ceci, etc. at the deadline and bring him in (Eklund style). But is he still recovering? Does he look back to form? Just curious where he’s at with his development.

Looked good, up until… (see above)

There was a fight, at 7:26 of the second period, between Vincent and Chase Wouters, with the Barracuda up 3-0. I swear, the Canucks used that to wake themselves up.

Interesting point breakdown for this game: We had five goals, but had six guys with multipoint games. Vanroboys (2G), Bailey/Bystedt/Sabourin (1G/1A each), Mukhamadullin (2A) and the one that surprised me when I looked at the stat sheet, Schuldt (3A).

I liked what I saw from Lucas Carlsson today, it felt like he was a lot less unpredictable, and I mean that in a good way.

Tomorrow should be interesting, this is a good Canucks team. I didn't even notice him til the end, but for anyone unaware, Abbotsford's head coach is former Shark Manny Malhotra.

Overall a good period from us, but this is exactly how things started yesterday.

2-0 Cuda after one, our goals were 25 seconds apart.

They also changed the second goal to Houle, thought they might

This game is nuts.

Ok, so Klimovich of Abbotsford takes an unsportsmanlike call for mouthing off to the ref while getting onto the bench, Poturalski scores on the ensuing PP. Carriere gets an assist.

Then Bordeleau finds Colin White for a goal with 0.4 seconds left in the period. Score is 5-3 Cuda going into the third.

Graf has three assists on the night.

Canucks do get one more, but Bailey gets the empty netter ( a PPG, since Klimovich took a four minute high sticking penalty towards the end) to make the final 7-4.

Lot going on tonight. Most of it good.

Hopefully the Canucks put a highlight video out as I'm really not digging the one the Barracuda just tweeted. Anyway.

Carriere let in 4 goals, but he got hung out to dry on three of them, maybe all four. I'm not sure what's up with Romanov but Carriere's doing fine as our backup for the time being.

Brendan Coe wasn't on the bench at the end of the game and I'm not sure when he left. He was the one who had the turnover that led to the second goal, but he was definitely in the game after that. Little awkward when a guy you always accuse of disappearing during games actually disappears during a game.

That Bordeleau-Bystedt-Bailey line is really good together. Bordeleau's finally waking up, too, took him long enough. Bailey is also working hard every time I see him now, no complaints there.

Graf ended with 3 assists, Cagnoni had the two goals, 1G/1A for all of the following: White, Bordeleau, Bailey, Poturalski, Houle.
