I think McCarthy gets canned this summer...he was inexplicably hired before Grier was made the GM and didn't exactly prove himself. I think Grier will want his own guy in there. Would be great with Bordeleau/Gushchin needing another year down there and a few new guys coming in including Muk.

I also suspect this. I’d love for them to hire, like, a real coach and not a guy who just finished his career a couple of years ago with zero experience. What a weird decision that was.

And he's a Sommer disciple on top of that...who sucked ass at development. It's time for some new blood as more prospects start to move up into the AHL
