GDT: Avs vs blues 8PM MST Wednesday, February 20

In case anyone cares the season is not over. The avs actually play today. They should win this game blues played back to back and spent over 12 hours in a Vancouver airport Monday. Having said that we lose 12-1. A repeat Iceland vs USA.

Yeah, this GDT sucks but that's what you get for making D2M do it, on his iPhone no less.

With Landeskog skating more and being on the verge of returning I can see the team going out there with the thought of getting the win, getting their captain back then making a run for playoffs.

I don't know anymore what I want. Jones or MacKinnon are both players I would love to have. On the other hand I am really tired of not getting into playoffs.

Landeskog is skating a bit but no contact yet. EJ might start skating soon. Wilson probably won't come back for quite some time and Downie is done for the year.

Out of the 29 teams of NHL the two I would LOVE to destroy even in a tank season are the Blues and Oiles.

I'm hoping Sacco goes with a ROB/SOB swap in the press box. Much as I still think O'Byrne's failures are partially on management/coaching, he's clearly not doing what he needs to do to be successful.

We need a guy willing to clear the crease. If ROB isn't that guy then someone else needs to step up.

I saw that I was rip you apart in the other thread but thought better of it. The game will be arsenal vs Munich part 2. Where one team is outclassed in every department unfortunately, for you, you picked the wrong team...again.

Perhaps O'Brien is nursing some injury. I think he's been much better than O'Byrne.

Kinda late start time for an Avs home game, right? They usually start at 4am my time, now 5am.

I'm thinking of setting my alarm at 5, but then again, I could be watching the CL game, maybe play something, watch PHI-PIT, and then this. A good oldschool all-nighter.
