If you don't remember watching his dad play in the NHL... he's a carbon copy. Exact same physique (short with broad shoulders), same number, same skating, same style of play.

Andrei's nickname was "tank". Seems like Nikolai may earn the same nickname.

He’s not Kaprizov, that’s for sure, probably not even Kuzmenko, but he’s playing with even more confidence this year than his breakout year last season.

Love the effort and motor that he plays with and I think Bednar will too. Doesn’t get enough credit for his skill/sense either.
I mean...if he can keep up this pace he will surpass Kaprizov's best KHL PPG at roughly the same age. Time to let that hype train fly off the tracks :sarcasm:

That would make him more like a Bradley Fighting Vehicle than an M-1.

We should all start calling him Bradley, just to mess with people.

No one knows what a Bradley is outside of the military lmao. I wanted to go to Germany, but being in that unit was a no go. Fat Infantry dudes that drive everywhere. I'll pass

Stick with Tank, or if you wanna go modern Stryker lol.

We already have 4x4, so why not lol.

I like that his team is winning, but I am eagerly awaiting his debut with us. I have to temper my impatience by remembering that he has an actual Hockey Professor for a coach. I really don't mind him playing in the KHL this season and absolutely soaking in everything he can from Igor.

Sir Avgard, hockey professor!?!?

Events of the last year make that less of a complement.

Let's call him Traktor or Drone.:sarcasm:
