I'm proposing a "Growing Pains" avatar theme for the season.

Some are already on board. It would be great if some tech savvy individuals could lend their expertise and create a template.

With Julien's firing, it may be time to revisit the concept of an avatar theme for the board.

Think of it as the opposite of playoff avatars.

Ideas?

I've already changed my Avatar today -- from Neely tribute to one depicting leaderless confusion.

Happy to change to something akin to "Growing Pains" to support movement.

HOWEVER, these are not simply growing pains. Whatever I adopt must include some sort of nod of the head to inept and or complete lack of leadership.

The differences between Bob Kraft's Patriots and this team are extraordinary.

It is no surprise that one team is celebrating a 5th Championship with hundreds of thousands of fans braving truly crappy weather to join them....... while the other team skulks under the cover of competing media coverage to mumble and stutter denials of their complete lack of leadership and vision.

I'm appalled.
