I've been saying this for years that the NHL is the only league in the world that doesn't defend it'se talented players.
Good on the agent to speak up. I hope Leafs ownership does the same. If the refs don't call games right, it's time to bring back the goons who will settle any problems. Is this what the NHL wants again?
Yes, you can move a player, but you have to box him out and get position on him. That is what the NHL told everyone I think after the 2005 season or whenever it was. You can be physical, but certainly not engage in an assault with you stick on his back. Does the NHL want to remain in the Dark Ages or simply desire a return of the Broad Street Bullies and start mauling guys in retaliation?
