Fun fact: when all that Virtanen business came out a few years ago I made a virgin 6th overall vs the chad 8th overall meme - totally worth the infraction.
The best team in the West, ladies and gentlemen, with a top-3 goalie in the league and elite center Mark Scheifele.
That was the Matthews we know and love, utter clowning of Scheif on his first goal, and Mitch with the shorty wop just to troll the very same Mark Scheifele.
20 (ok 19) games each and it looks to me like Samsonov is a cut above Murray but both have been great. I’d rate Sammy an 8.5/10 and Murray a 7.5. Sammy has the superior glove and doesn’t let in as many bad goals.
I swear I saw Kyle Connor cooking meth in a trailer in Sebring, Florida, and I’ll be sure to call Scheifele the next time I need a guy smoked after the whistle.
