Assist mistakes?

Has anyone noticed that there have been a few mistakes when it comes to awarding the assists to goals? On White's goal, they gave Moen an assist and it appears he never touches the puck, I believe the assist should go to Markov. And a few games back they gave Cole an assist on a goal and it really doesnt look like he touches the puck, that assist i think should have gone to Diaz. I know its not the end of the world, i just find it odd!

2 pts ,move on....none of those guys are in contact yrs,..so hurts no one...

i was watching game few nights ago, ref blows whistle ,calls a penalty on number 38......expect there was no 38 on the ice or in the line up for that team...lol....then fee minutes later, a laser eye surgery commercial came on,,,i laughed

yes i know it sucks for anyone in a fantasy league....lol

i bet if you asked those players , they say who cares we got the win .
we all know, the nhl is far from perfect every night...

Moen tipped the puck on White's goal.

The real mistake last night was Cole getting an assist on the Markov winner. He clearly did not touch it.

Yep, Moen deflected the puck. Not sure if Cole touched it on Markov's goal though.

I have a hard time seeing where Moen touches the puck, but I'll take your guys' word for it. I didn't catch the Cole assist last night so that would make 2 Cole assists that he should not get, one to Desharnais last night and one to Diaz a few nights back.

As well, OT goal by Markov was Desharnais to Bourque to Markov.

They thought Cole touched it so DD lost the assist.
