Why would the Jets need Askarov? They have Helle.

Yeah lol Askarov is exploring options because of the commitment the Preds have made to Saros as #1 for the long term. It wouldnt make sense for the Jets to pick him up in the same situation.

Unless there is something hinting that Hellebuyck wants out or has a long term injury, i dont see the Jets doing this.
