Obviously, my last post was sarcastic....no really it was.

Seriously, there needs to be a lot of house cleaning. There seems to be a reluctance on the part of people to get rid of enablers, especially if that enabler is successful in and of themselves. Penn State, USOC, some of the womens gymnastics people, Bowman/Quennville they ran highly successful programs or were successful themselves. If you know about a person abusing another, hell abusing many others, if you do nothing then I am sorry you do not belong in a position to lead.

Here's a link to the whole report if anyone is interested.
https://jenner.com/system/assets/as...ago Blackhawks Hockey Team - October 2021.pdf

Been skimming through it, Page 5 goes into a meeting management had on it, shows they at least had an idea of what happened, they were told that a coach was trying to sleep with a player and that "Aldrich was pressuring John Doe to have sex with him and that Aldrich told John Doe that if John Doe did not submit to Aldrich’s advances, he could harm John Doe’s career. Bowman recalled that during the meeting, McDonough and Quenneville made comments about the challenge of getting to the Stanley Cup Finals and a desire to focus on the team and the playoffs"

It goes into all sides of the encounter around page 24. Pretty sick stuff.

Bill Guerin is the asst GM for the Olympic team. Bump him and bring in someone new as his right hand.

Drury, Tom Fitzgerald, Bill Zito, Kevyn Adams

Nobody that condones abuse - especially on this level - is a leader. They are false spirited, egoistical maniacs put in charge to steer the ship - but they are simply liftetime losers that will do anything to win and bask in the glory of a a deeply jaded limelight regardless of circumstances or consequences. Met these (often entitled) loudmouth, bullying punks all my life. It usually does not end well. Chumps - not Champs!

I’m finally getting around to watching this TML All or Nothing. A couple of things stand out:

1. Tavares is such an uncharismatic person. Really good player obviously, but definitely not an inspirational leader type at all.

2. Matthews and Campbell really like each other. Like, a lot.

Completely agree and have met some in my line of work and it's amazing how they got as far in life as they did.

JT’s uncle is one of the all time great box lacrosse players. He also teaches high school math in suburban Toronto. The charisma apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Organizations are cowards for letting people "step down" instead of just announcing that they've been fired over this debacle. Truly horrendous and a bad look for the organizations.

Rest in piss, Bowman et al.

I look forward to Chevy/Q "stepping down" in the next 24 hours.

Staple floats Eddie O as President and Gorton as GM.

Calgary is pretty good. Great sticks again tonight, forcing alot of turnovers and burying their chances.
