I thought McDavid vs. Matthews would be good but this game sucked. The Oilers are just wasting McDavid and Draisaitl.

Frederic was asking for it. What an ass. And then after he hits the ice, he immediately looks for eye contact with the ref. GTFOH. That shit doesn't belong in hockey
Oh I know.
I'm getting the feeling that Frederic is going to become a menace, which I hate the thought of.
He's not exactly a slouch of a player.

The kid is clearly being instructed to play this role. Marchand is too important a scorer to play it now. I hate both of their faces, which unfortunately means that they are good at their job.

Not even close. You could even say in the current state Lindgren is the second most important player behind Fox right now. K'Andre is awesome but obviously still raw. Also without Lindgren you have Smith and JJ playing too many minutes.

No problem with Ovie showing that over-reaching rookie his place. It reminds me of a story Avery tells in his book about being disciplined by Brett Hull for chirping Sakic his rookie year.

It’s dirty but it’s one of those things where it’s like he’s a crotchety old veteran, living legend and he just said ‘f*** it and f*** this kid’. May not agree with it, but just felt different seeing Ovie do it to an agitating rookie versus Marchand doing it to Zib for example. Made me laugh.

That kind of behavior doesn't belong in the league. Provoking an opponent and then when you get hit you dive and look at the refs like a puppy that was kicked. GTFOH.
