I remember playing out doors. My toes hated me after it. I don’t think they recovered since. Also playing at night out doors is basically impossible as a goalie. What fun. Hockey is the best.
I highly doubt in a non-covid year the league will opt for a setup with no fans

Kid is insane. 17 goals and 28 points half way through game 18. Our top scorer has 18 points.

Probably true. I didn’t mean to “compare” so much as just to lament how nice it must be to enjoy that kind of entertainment from your team’s top players.
Goal in the leafs/habs game reviewed and called a goal. Then Toronto challenges for goalie interference and its called no goal. If you read this board you would think that only happens in Rangers games.
At least for the present moment, yes. It would be interesting to see Eichel on a better team and see if having a chance of post season or just being happier would translate into another gear, and Eichel is still great, but for now Matthews has to be in the lead.

Matthews is goal per game through 18. I know the north is a high scoring division, and I have mixed feeling about Matthews’ off ice persona, but the kid is a beast.
