I said it at the end of game 3 the islanders cannot defend against this team and that was without point and killorn. The islanders aren’t beating anyone in a 7 game series if they’re giving up 3 plus goals every night. Just not in them

Just got in from a day of golf and football. I see Bolts are up 4-1. Has it been as easy as it seems? I just read one of you guys said Point is hurt again....please say it aint true.

Point is hurt again but he stayed on the bench. They'll probably rest him for the next game as they have some breathing room and don't want to risk him hurting himself any further.

Outside of a few pockets of pressure, Tampa pretty much dominated. They've been the better team in every game this series.

why is Luke Schenn still in the NHL

He serves a purpose right now for Tampa--mainly to provide some muscle. It looks to me like he's going to have a really good shot at a Stanley Cup ring too. It's not unusual for more marginal players to win Cups--usually they're doing the things Schenn is doing. Playoffs are a lot about attrition.

The Isles are only a "Point" or two away from becoming the next Boston IMO.
No I'm not a fan and despise both of these teams on a defcon 1 kind of level but you have to give credit where due.
On paper, this should've been a 4 game sweep..
