McDonagh was horrible in this game I don’t know how you can be wishing we had signed that contract after watching that

his skating looks noticeably worse than in his prime. He’s going to age very, very poorly IMO. Wade Redden 2.0

After game 1 all I heard from the pundits and radio was "well, its almost better to lose 8-2 than to lose a heartbreaker by 1".

Wonder what positives they can take away from this one? I guess Point being hurt. Thats a big loss but Tampa has proven they can win Islanders style hockey.
