Markstrom is one of the few goalies around he league who really impressed me when I watch him.

Lol, broadcast talks for like a full minute about how good Fleury is and how he hasn't lost to Vancouver in 14 years and then he gives up a goal

It matches his 16-17 output, which was his only 'bad' playoff run with us. he was average to good in the other 3, some of which were very short

Idk why I've never noticed this, but Vegas' center depth is terrible. Why does nobody every bring it up, everyone just accepts them as a great contender, which they seem to be, but holy shit their top 2 are Karlsson, a 2nd liner, and Stastny, more of a 3C. They are really strong on the wings and play a great team game but everyone here freaks out about our centers when we have Zibanejad who is actually a 1C.

I love how they praise MAF like he had a 58 save shutout. He was solid, but that’s about it. I’ve also never seen a goalie get praised for the opposition shooting wide before.

And their D is really average other than Theodore. Seems like it could be a good blueprint to follow.

Mark Stone is pretty much a center, at right wing.
And even though hes injured I think Cody Glass still has huge upside, he showed some flashes earlier in the season.

That's the AV we know and love. His teams always lack that killer instinct. It happened in 2011 when the Canucks had that series in the bag heading into Game 3, but instead of delivering the Bruins a fatal blow they let themselves get their shit kicked in and never recovered.
How many times did we win a Game 1 and have a chance to take a commanding 2-0 series lead only to lay an egg and let teams hang around longer than they should. Too many Game 7's.

"Awful" player who clearly worked his entire left and right ass cheeks off to get to and play (nearly 200 games) in the NHL. Tons of players would kill to be considered that "awful." Cool to see he's still in the scene.

I really really hope Colorado wins tonight. I don't want this series with the Stars too end it's been so entertaining.
On the other hand I want Tampa too put the Bruins out of their misery tonight as other than the Islanders or Flyers fan bases, nothing and I mean nothing makes me happier than reading the whining and crying of the Boston fan base after a Bruins loss especially a series loss.
The Islanders are getting me VERY nervous. Nervous as in in this wacked out zombie apocalypse year, as much as I hope and pray it wouldn't happen, I could easily see the stinken "Trotz left wing lock", throttling the high flying Lightning and getting to the Cup.
And if that happens, all bets are off cause I could easily see them beating anyone of the teams coming out of the West which the way it looks right now would shockingly be Dallas as they seem to have the luv of the hockey gods this post season.
Too have the Isles win the Cup before we did again would be unbearable too have too deal with. Hopefully the hockey gods will intervene and prevent that from occurring for our sake!!...lol
