Devils fan strolled in here expecting Rangers fans to celebrate Hughes' injury like an IT manager on January 2nd, 2000 but discovers we are one of the classiest groups of people, maybe ever, who would never celebrate the injury of a rival player.
To be fair, we have seen a lot of pain and know how crap it is. I’ve seen some folks here demand blood, retribution. But when there’s an actual injury I’d say it’s like 95% sympathetic here. I thought most fans think that way too but HF Canes fans taught me otherwise.

I mean after seeing Toronto come back from shitty goaltending tonight anything can happen but the Oilers are just another team with superstars and no goaltending help in sight. Dominating and down 3-1.

Darnell Nurse makes Trouba's contract a steal. Not only has Trouba been better under PL but his leadership has been good. Oilers hitched their wagon to some losers. Nurse, Kane, Campbell.

Media should really be looking at McDavid and Draisaitl closely if Woodcroft ends up getting canned. 4 coaches (5 for Draisaitl) in their 7-8 year careers. Yes, the teams have been bad at and they can't be blamed for their earlier years but that's still a lot. Leadership?

If I were Edmonton, I’d give Sutter a blank check
Do you think Calgary would let them have him?

The Sharks, already dead last in xGF%, are shooting 2.7% at even strength through 11 games. The next-worst team is shooting 5.6%.

That low of a shooting percentage after that many games is unheard of.

That level of convergence between league worst analytics and league worst PDO is also unheard of.

Most interesting game this week is going to be Oilers and Sharks on Thursday.

We all get to see what happens when a trivially negated force encounters an easily influenced obstacle.

Edmonton is a complete dumpster fire. Expect Woodcroft to be on the chopping block any day now. The team is completely undisciplined & all their top players are melting down individually, including McJesus.
Is this the time where I make one of those predictions where if I’m wrong nobody will remember and if I’m right I look really astute?

Rempe to Edmonton.
