Not the NHL but had to post this. This woman is paralyzed from chest down after this ”minor” collision. Dangerous game, damn.

I was involved in two collisions earlier this year. One was a classic helmet to the jaw kinda hit, and the other was a fall that caused me to hit the back of my head square on the ice.

I have been dealing with dizziness/unsteadiness, occasional nausea, horrible tinnitus, and a general feeling of “blah” ever since.

I’ve seen every doctor under the sun. I think I have finally realized that my neck is the root of the issues.

I am currently being looked at by an upper cervical chiropractor who works almost solely on the C1 atlas vertebrae. Very hopeful this helps.

There are maybe 2-3 decent referees in the league right now. They're bringing people up to the NHL too fast, and the way officials are trained isn't keeping up with changes to the way the game is being played.

Even linespersons (the new term) are botching shit left and right.
