Don't look now, but that pack of losers out in the desert are going to hand New Jersey a 2nd lottery ball this summer. And probably won't even have Hall to show for it starting next season. What a sad franchise.
That's what happens when you turn over the keys to a NHL franchise to a teenager!

Idk what it is, something in the water, the dry heat, but all these moves that look good on paper never work out. Offense just goes to Arizona to die. Stepan becomes a 30 point player. Kessel, a guy whos scored 92! 2 years ago, becomes a 45 point player. Hall is still hovering around a PPG but its still early and like I said he probably won't stick around. They draft Keller, he has a great 60 point rookie season and then has gone downhill since then. So many high draft picks that don't work out, often bizarrely (Wheeler, Turris). I want them to be good but i think the NHL just needs to scrap this failed project already.

Pick is top-3 protected

Man some people told me he was a genius along with Dubas.lol How Chayka still have a job? Especially if the disaster post hall trade continues

Hah I remember when Chayka was hailed as a wonder kid and a saviour.

St Louis pick was super low... Ours will be super high. A top 10, maybe top 5 pick in maybe the strongest draft in 20 years is worth a lot.

Let's say we get a top 10 pick... And wherever were picking we can nab Lucas holtz.

Are you telling me chytil, a guy with clear 2nd line center upside maybe more. Miller a guy with top pair but most likely a 2nd pair defenseman, and Lucas holtz isn't a good opening offer? I mean that's a fairly gutting trade to the rangers depth. Left defense is our weakest aspect to our team as is wing. We're essentially using 2 of our strongest prospects (miller and that pick) to upgrade a 2c to a franchise c..... And add 10m to the salary cap.

Honestly in a vacuum you gotta ask yourself how in a few years the rangers are going to afford Mika, panarin, trouba and eichel.

FU-SION-HAAAAAA!

When Dubas passes on George and Campbell doesn't even shut out his opponent

AV’s Flyers destroy the caps. Florida and Toronto both lose. I’ve said it earlier this year it’s gonna be easier to get into playoffs if you’re in the Atlantic not metro. If Montreal didn’t suck for two separate 8 game winless streaks I believe they would be in third easily in the Atlantic

Leafs blow it late and lose in OT. Gotta love it.

Dubas reminds me of someone buying a shitty smartphone for 100 dollars because he doesn't want to pay 700 for a decent one, and a month later he realizes he has to pay 700 anyway to get a phone that doesn't frustrate him all day long.

Georgiev to Toronto next week

Problems with Toronto lay deeper than just their goalies. In fact, without them having Andersen who is a top-5 goalie in the NHL, they would suck so much more. They lack proper defenders and more importantly, a defensive structure. I don't know if Keefe can fix that during the offseason. Offensively Leafs are one of the best teams in the league, but you need more than that.

The Pacific division is funny. Now the Canucks are in danger of losing 4 straight.

I still think Vegas is the best team in that division.
