Halfway through the 1st period last night
Bandwagon town. On a Saturday night
Bandwagon town. On a Saturday night
From what I remember the issue he has is one he’s going to have to learn to live with. He may never be the goalie he once was.Watching the Bruins/Nucks game last night, couldn’t help but wonder if he’s still “not right”. His movement was laboured at times and he didn’t seem his usual confident self. There will be some rust of course after his layoff, but it seems more than that. We shall see.
Nailed it!
Yeah, also by the third it looked like there were 2K in attendance. The Nucks players could hardly hear that they were being booed. I wanted it to be louder but hardly anybody there. Last time we played in Van there were more Oilers chants. Its the only Canadian arena you can take over. Maybe Calgary when the hillbillies are sleeping.Halfway through the 1st period last night

What a difference when most of your guys don't sport an unworldly 18 % shooting percentage this year.Interestingly, according to Natural Stattrick Vancouver is still top 10 in PDO yet is still having such mixed results. Nothing crazy out of line, but they aren't getting unlucky this season.
With some of the clubs distractions possibly behind them, Tocchet needs to get that team pulling together again but watching yesterday makes me think they're already tuning him out.
I would give him at least a couple months to see if he can turn it around. He's been out a long time, and as we all know, it's tough to just plug and play at a level you had before until you get a batch of actual games in. But here's hoping it never happens. From what I remember the issue he has is one he’s going to have to learn to live with. He may never be the goalie he once was.
I seen that as well. They are #9 or somethingInterestingly, according to Natural Stattrick Vancouver is still top 10 in PDO yet is still having such mixed results. Nothing crazy out of line, but they aren't getting unlucky this season.

Even Tochett is sick and tired of the Nucks market obsession with Petey lol.

Thanks for the response. I was unaware about the popliteus muscle issue…and it does sound like something he will have to deal with for the longer term. Would hate to see his career halter. From what I remember the issue he has is one he’s going to have to learn to live with. He may never be the goalie he once was.
Honestly I bet lil Petey is sick of that market too. That’s why he’s lost his smile. Either that or abuse from sociopath JT miller. The fact that reporters that purport to be professional refer to him as “Petey” kind of tells you all you need to know.
Everything to do with that franchise from ownership all the way down to media and fans is embarrassing.
He's not hearing that bending is immediately immenent...look, the word is that there is the illusion that some bending may have occurred at some point, but not to the point of...out of shape, but this is strictly participatory by both parties.I read a Friedman article about Miller.
"he is going to have to bend a little and the rest of the players need to bend a little"
I bet he requested a trade
Wtf is he even writing lol?
