Whatever happened to Woodcroft? You’d think someone who was going to be able to pick any job he wanted last November would have one by now.
That’s a great deal for the Devils.
He applied for several coaching vacancies in the off season.
He couldn’t coach a zone defence when KK made the Oilers the 5th best defensive team coaching a zone defence and didn’t adjust to Vegas taking advantage of his hybrid system while continuing to play the inferior goalie.
I imagine when he was asked about this, his response about growing up in a middle class family that was proud of their lawn wasn’t satisfactory.

With his sparkling resume of 9 goals and 18 points in 89 NHL games and a career where he's spent more time in rehab than on the ice, I'd be over the moon if I was him with a grossly inflated contract like that, so you are correct on his state of bliss.He liked the post and surely is happy with what he’s getting paid, so yeah. Keep coping though.

I do however, think we'll be okay with McDavid, Draisaitl, Hyman, Skinner (X2), Arvidsson, Nuge, Bouchard, Ekholm, Janmark, Henrique, Brown, etc, etc, so coping shouldn't be an issue, thanks.

Can't characterize this as anything but bizarre for a guy that was supposedly going to be a hot commodity.
Maybe he’s starting to change from his way of coming off as entitled and being slightly arrogant when asked about making changes.
Listening to Knobbers pressers are a breath of fresh air compared to Woodcrofts.
If I were a GM I would shy away from him for the fact that he likes hearing himself speak too much. That kind of hubris requires a track record to back it up, and he just doesn’t have it.
He thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room to his detriment.

$500 for the Authentic Pro jersey is ridiculous. Going to have to make sure if your buying that jersey that it is for a player who is never leaving...which reminds me that my buddy bought a Pro Jack Campbell jersey the summer he was signed.
