I have no idea if it will work out for the Bruins, but the risk/reward equation is hugely in their favour. Damn, they could be really good.

For context, Bergeron is now the older than Jason Spezza when he first got to Toronto. So I'm not expecting that gamble to pay off indefinitely.

Krejci played last year in an inferior league.

had 24 more points than Krejci in only 2 more games.

Just turned 25, 6',2", 194 lbs.

Wonder if he is a free agent?

He signed a 2 year deal in the NLA.

If he does well after that, he may get a deal when he is a UFA at 27.

I think he's an RFA the way Malgin was, but not sure. He was a decent prospect with the Senators a few years ago but maybe he's matured for a second chance.

Krejci at this point is a defensively good third-line playmaking center who steps up in the playoffs.

At the absolute best he gets 10-35-45 but more likely he gets 5-25-30 or similar.

It’s a good add for the dollars but he’s not a big piece anymore, and maybe he signs another one year deal after this but not more.

Hall Krejci Pasta most likely the 2nd line. He makes Hall and Pasta dangerous. Going to be a fun like to watch next season.

Kreijci between Hall and Pasta was a deadly line last time they were together. Bostons top 6 is gonna be very good if they stay healthy and their bottom 6 will be a good balance to their top 6. in terms of being able to chip in offensively and physically/forechecking and what not. McAvoy and Lindholm probably gonna be one of the better pairings in the league imo and Grzelcyk and Carlo could be a pretty good pairing if they aren't going against top lines. I think Boston was also after Chychrun a while ago so if they could somehow turn Carlo a 1st and a cap dump or whatever to work out then I'd say they would be up there as being favourites to make a long playoff run.

No. At this point Krejci will be a wheelbarrow full of memories.
Get ready for the crash and burn in Booston.

Get paid Naz! I have a bit of a soft spot for the Flames (compared to other Canadian teams) so I'm happy for them too.
They're the only other Canadian team I can tolerate. I find their fans are far less obnoxious as well, especially compared to dbag Canuck and Oiler fans.

We also have Giordano so there's a nice connection there. Kind of hilarious to think Naz would be on the Flames and Gio here after their scuff up years ago lol
