Come on Bruins, win so we can give you the spanking you deserve.
Jets officially eliminated from the playoffs. Lol. That fan base deserves it.
And they have been silent ever since. They've got nothing to complain about. They won their Cup back in December.
A regulation win on Thursday in Tampa will mathematically make it impossible for Tampa to catch us. A regulation loss leaves it more than a crack open. We're now 8 points up on Tampa
Home ice is essentially clinched
Exactly. Hope the boys take care of business, put it to bed and rest some players in FLA and WSH. Then run the playoff lineup vs DET and play the Marlies vs BOS ;-)A regulation win on Thursday in Tampa will mathematically make it impossible for Tampa to catch us. Sidenote: Oilers fans complaining about how flames Johnny G is a cherry picker yet Drai and McDavid do diddly squat in their own zone.
Pot calling the kettle black for sure.

Bruins win. 1 back of Tampa.

Blues lost....I know beneficial for us potentially but still, hate when the B's win.
Has there ever been a less deserved max term contract? Like he's not very good.Canes are really banking on Kotkaniemi .. just noticed in his first season with the Canes, he has 11 goals, 26 points in 65 games. He's averaging just over 11 minutes of ice time per game. He's getting second PP unit time as well and doesn't kill penalties. He's been strong on the draw when he takes them but has mostly been playing wing all season. Oh and he's shooting a career high 13.8%.
So they signed him to that offer sheet and have given him an 8-year deal for $4.8 million.
I'd view it very much as a 'hit or miss' deal. The term and AAV are good to great if he can become a top six forward. Conversely, the contract becomes an albatross if that upside never comes to fruition.Canes are really banking on Kotkaniemi .. just noticed in his first season with the Canes, he has 11 goals, 26 points in 65 games. Atlantic top 4 starting goalies over the last month:
Campbell:
6-0-1
GAA: 2.95
Save%: .906
GSAA/60: +.48
Vasy:
3-7-1
GAA: 2.98
Save%: .903
GSAA/60: -.15
Bobrovsky:

Save%: .889
GSAA/60: -.34
Swayman:
5-4

Campbell's looked the best of the bunch recently, despite Bobs perfect record with his team outscoring defensive/goalie issues.
Lets hope Jack gets hot for the playoffs and the rest stay cool.
