I thought Freddy had a bum knee tho
Freddy has got a bum head, missing the intangibles, heart and mental toughness. When the pressure amps up he folds. Too bad could have been one of the best. Maybe he turns it around, I wouldn’t be upset if he does, but history shows he will go out meekly on the bench or the IR again. Prove me wrong Fred.

Hey guess what guys - Freddy's has an unspecified injury that's in need of reevaluation on a week to week basis.

We call that mystery injury.

Seeing the FredEx injury conjured those scenes in All or Nothing where Leafs brass seemed extremely frustrated by his injury timetable.

For the Canes sake, I hope he milks it as long there as he did here.

As bad as the Leafs goaltending situation is going into May, I'm ecstatic Andersen is no longer here. To me, he was an incredibly unlikeable player and someone, as a fan, I was never comfortable with in a big playoff game.

Holding their collective breath for a tropical depression instead of a storm surge:

The Avs firepower is ridiculous even without Landeskog and Kadri

Does anyone in the West stand a chance against them? I don't think any of those teams have a goalie who could maybe steal a series. But stranger things have happened so we'll see.
Calgary & Vegas if they can get in, otherwise no I don’t see much in their way especially in their division

I live in the GVRD and I gotta tell you there’s nothing quite like a Canucks fan. They’re a special breed.
The fact this clown is trying to troll Phil about something that was a TORONTO media issue like eight years ago gives a little insight into how obsessed they are with the Maple Leafs.
Inferiority city complex....legit had a guy when I lived in Ottawa like argue with me because he was from Vancouver about this and I'm like dude....we legit don't care lol

I’m a transplant here, I was born in Toronto and was semi nomadic around NA until settling here in 2015. It’s definitely a little brother complex with “big” Toronto.

Anyone in that conference could take them out. Parity is real. *

They're the Florida of the west. Just like it wouldn't surprise me to see a team like Boston, Pittsburgh or Washington take out Florida in Round 1, Colorado is not some invincible force, either. Very curious to see how far either of those teams advance being top seeds in their respective conferences.

This from thehockeywriters was from April 5th...

*Dallas is not seen here. Avs are 1-2 against them and could be their 1st round matchup.
*Nash is not seen here. Avs are 0-2 against them and could be their 1st round matchup. Avs play them once more at home.
