Watching the Avs game. intermission and I don't have the courage to put the flames game on LOL

anyone watching that game is it still a snoozefest?

Flames really pressing in the last 5 mins.

Crazy this series only has 2 goals.

Flames with only a scoring chance in the first and no high danger. They aren't giving up much either but you can't rely on only defence much like Florida can't rely on only offense. Flames need to generate more offense eventually.

Their 3 40 goal scores are MIA.

That was the most entertaining 2-1 game I've seen in a long time. Avs were flying and skating circles around the Preds.

Fitting that Makar got the winner. He was absolutely unreal.

I'd argue it's more Dallas hockey. Near the bottom in 5 on 5 offense but among the best defensive teams. They played two pretty solid road games from a defensive standpoint

I'm sure Dallas is thrilled with their results and the Flames not-so-much.

I only live here, I am not a fan of the team.

Sutter is very old school, I'd be fine with his approach not being effective in 2022.

Having a Vezina level keeper did give them some freedom.

Sutter said earlier in the season defense was his goal.

They have a tonne of scoring talent, but it is a defense first team.
