Amazing they are above .500 pt pct during that time tbh
It's well past due to acknowledge that this is a team accomplishment and stop making it about the goalies.
Not Jonathon Huberdeau, who amassed 115 pts last season and is on pace for 55 this year? That’s a 60 point drop year over year. The guy was signed to put the puck in the net. Same with Kadri. And it’s just not happening. It’s the goalies. Like 200% and just about everyone else sees it.
5 goals on 6 shots for NYR hahaJets and Preds on back to back, and both their opponents starting backup goalies.
Hofer for St. Louis and Halak for the NYR. Hopefully the backups can stimey them.
Bad night on the OOT scoreboard today
Not for us so far.
Can you just admit to being an Oilers fan at this point? Like if you’re truly cheering for draft position, being sad about the Capitals and Sabre’s losses makes sense. Being sad about the Preds and Jets losses though is literally actively cheering for us not to make the playoffs though, which is very different and in and of itself sad.Yes it was a bad night for the Flames
Sabres, Capitals, Jets, Predators losing was worst case scenario

I live in Edmonton and most my friends are the typical “love the Oilers/hate the Flames” fans. Every single one of my friends have more level headed takes on our players. You also just listed the worst possible scenario for the Flames, and basically said anyone who doesn’t agree is pathetic. Casual throw in that you think it’s completely unreasonable that we catch a team 4 points ahead of us, but are hoping a team 5 points behind us catches us.Nope cheering for Jets and Preds loss helps with draft position as well. What we will do is finish ahead of one of them to hurt the draft position but not the other so no play-offs either.
So sad that if you are not a 100% pathetic, happy clapper, homer that you have to be an Oilers fan. Not surprising though
Cheering for draft position is the biggest tell. That’s an oil spill if I ever saw oneCan you just admit to being an Oilers fan at this point?
