Apparently this happened yesterday afternoon but I only just stumbled on it now.

Sorkin got her first big break on the soap Days of Our Lives, where a dream sequence of her character in clown makeup apparently inspired Paul Dini's creation of (and her subsequent casting as) probably her most famous role: as the original voice of the Harley Quinn when the character was created for Batman The Animated Series. She continued to voice the role until the early 2010s when she retired after final turns in DC Universe Online and Batman: Arkham Asylum (which were her final acting roles in any capacity)

She was also the original co-host of the 80s America's Funniest Home Videos spinoff America's Funniest People with Dave Coulier and apparently worked regularly on Frasier by doing temp tracks for the various radio callers within the show before they would be replaced by a bigger celebrity cameo. This was because her husband, Christopher Lloyd (no, not that one) was one of the show's producers.

There's no indication of what she died from, except a report that her retirement from any acting work in recent years was health-related.
