We’ve given up almost nothing of actual quality and he’s still allowed 2 through 40. But he’s also not getting the benefit of more shots against to try to level out

Just becuase we hired on inexperienced one who didn’t work out doesn’t mean another won’t.

If the Leafs could just skip the first 5-6 games of the season.
They just look out of sync, not motivated, brain cramps, all the stuff you'd expect a team to get past by the time the first game is played.

They'll be fine, at least for the regular season, but they are a tough team to watch until they wake up and realize the season has actually started.
