Ya know
Tom Searle was the lead guitarist and main writer for the British metalcore band Architects. He started playing alongside his twin brother Dan Searle around the age of 13, and formed the band a few years later. Tom was instrumental in the creative thought process of the band, and they inspired many bands in the metalcore genre. I've been a huge fan of them for years now and am deeply saddened by this news. He had cancer for 3 years and it was finally too much. To me, he was very much a celebrity.

Now, I'm not expecting a ton of people around HF to be super familiar with this band. I've accepted years ago that metal (all forms of it minus a few select bands) isn't a widely accepted form of music. But please join me in mourning not only a great musician, but also, from all accounts, a great person. R.I.P. Tom
I'll post some links to songs in case anyone is interested.
