Sammy #1 to blame, a goal he needs to have every time, but also horrendous D by Holl. He turned the wrong way for no reason whatsoever, could have been right on Eyssimont but instead gave him a clear path to the net. A mistake that would get you benched even in midget A/AA.

I'd say like 80% Sammy, 20% Holl. But it was extremely bad D by Holl, to go along with his absolutely terrible play all series.
