Anyone else have constant problems with the TD Garden app and ticket manager?

I'll tell you what steams my clams about the mobile ticketing....

Every single time I open the "TD Garden Hub" app to access my tickets, it brings me to a frozen, black screen and fails to launch. I ultimately have to force close it by powering off my iPhone and rebooting it. I often have to have to try 3, 4, 5 times or more until it eventually opens. When it finally does open, it does it right away when I click the app but only after rebooting the phone repeatedly.
  1. This happened all of last season, and again this season.
  2. I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro, and always update iOs when available. It's happened across multiple iOs versions.
  3. I've tried deleting the app, and downloading it again.
  4. I've experimented with WiFi and a cell connection, and it makes no difference.
  5. This is not only at "peak times" for the app use, such as 15 minutes before puck drops while standing at the Garden. It happens just as often days before any game when I might be randomly trying to transfer somebody my tickets, even in the middle of the night.
Any pointers? It is super annoying. Thanks in advance!

Sorry I don't have any suggestion. I don't have trouble with the app. For games that you know you are attending you should add all of the game tickets to your Wallet so that you don't have to depend on the app at the gate.

Save them to Apple Pay. Then they are on your phone and you don't need WiFi or an internet connection to access them. I open the app once a year when we distribute tickets, after that it's Google Pay.

Thanks! I do understand the benefit of putting tickets I plan to use into Apple Wallet. The issue is more that if I wanted to transfer you tickets for a game in November right now, the over/under on my ability to access them would be about 7.5 minutes.

Have you tried loading the app on someone else's phone. If it opens on someone else's phone then you know there is something unique with your phone. I know that doesn't solve the problem. But if you can confirm it is your phone then maybe you can make an appointment with Apple (if it's an ipbone) to show them what happens when you try to open the app and maybe they might be abe to figure out why.
