How is Dylan Strome on the untouchables list?
And how is Dach not?

Toews isn't untradable, if Chicago retained he'd be picked up by a contender for 2 Cup runs.

B) Tampa should not include their cheap depth players like Raddysh, after losing depth last year, and will continue to do so

A lot to dissect in that OP.
But your baffling list of untouchables is probably the most glaring. Entwhistle? Slavin? Those guys are nothing NHLers, they should absolutely be on the trade block only I doubt any team would have any interest.
And then Strome, Fleury and others are the guys the Hawks should be desperately looking to move. I would have thought you mistook the terms "untouchable" and "untradable" if you hadn't literally included an actual untradable section just below.
Lankinen is not among the Hawks most valuable pieces, he will probably be in Europe next year and the Hawks will let him walk for nothing.

Cirelli will be a Selke finalist this year. He was 4th last year and he's been better this season. Hard to imagine the Lightning putting a 24 year-old, 50 point Selke finalist on the block especially for what is on offer here. Plus the guy is clutch and a winner going back to his junior days.

Why would the hawks do that. By retaining 50% it would cost them the same to have Cirelli and Palat over Kane and Toews. Kane is by far the best player in that deal and a hawks legend. It would be a terrible move imo
