Considering the start of these deals happen with NY according to your breakdown, why wouldn't Philly just walk away and trade those pieces separately?

I don't think a 1st, Kravtsov and Jones is enough to land both players to NYR with Nemeth going back. But I also don't know why they do that for 2 UFA players.
