He is getting basically lowest possible salary NHL player can get. It's meaningless. He'll get buried if/when he sucks.

Hopefully for Ducks fans sake he goes back to the AHL. Not an NHL player at all but a great AHL guy.

Better hope he does not sniff your NHL team, he's AHLer at best. Guy could not score 1 goal AT ALL last season, even Tristan Jarry our GOALIE outscored him. Hell, our backup goalie Ned had more AHL goals then Harkins had NHL goals. Tells you a lot about him.

I cant remember the game (it was a wild one, multiple lead changes, maybe Detroit in April?) where the game was tied and Harkins got a clean breakaway and could've won it (by scoring his first and only goal on the year).

The entire arena was holding its breath and the announcers were unzipping at the thought of Sully's boy about to come good and win a see-saw game. And booooyy did he disappoint :laugh::laugh::laugh:

The best was his EPIC dasherboard shot on a penalty shot against the Oilers.
