Seems like a solid deal, as far as UFA contracts go, it's pretty low risk. He'll surely make a place for himself somewhere in the top 9 for the next three years.

He's a likeable guy. Skates and volume shoots with absolutely no regard, which can be a need at times.

The line he was on with the Rangers was a terrible fit and Gallant decided he liked it because Zibanejad was still scoring goals with 30% possession, but with the right fit, I think he can be a good player.

He's a bit blunt, like I said, so he needs to be with responsible players who can cover when he starts running around or hits somebody in the shins.

He's actually one of the few guys still left in today's game who can straight-up beat NHL goalies clean.

Glad I get to see more Frank the Tank. I liked him in NY, Rangers just didn’t have the cap to keep him and with the kids like Laf, Kakko and now Kravtsov taking spots. Think he will get opportunities and will be good for the Ducks.

Same! Except we had Vatrano with Kreider and Zibanejad, the only two other volume shooters on the team. Everyone on the line was shooting and nobody did anything else. I wanted Vatrano with Panarin who loves the cute shit, but I have been informed that I am not the coach.

I was hard on him here but thinking back on it, I was more mad at the usage and actually liked Vatrano.

It sounds like you have the guys to compliment him so it should work out. If he gets decent ice time and the right situation, he could drop 25 goals.
