He's not fancy but he earns his money. Hope he takes the next step this season.

He's an NHL caliber player who can play bottom six minutes but he really hasn't shown a standout quality to this point. Has to do something this season to make himself indispensable among the other depth players. A lot of Ducks fans figured they may just cut him lose like they did with Steel and Milano

Getting injured and coming in partway through the year in a contract year must have sucked for him. Guess this is kind of a contract year do-over.

That's a kind of weird one to me. Could see if he went below the QO in exchange for an extra year or term or something, but i guess he was worried they're just let him walk instead?

Lundestrom basically just skates fast and is good defensively. Otherwise, didn't standout too much this year.
