I'm not opposed to moving on from Gibson...but this isn't it.
They both do need a change of scenery, but from what I've seen (mainly Ducks games), Gibson would have a much higher value if they both bounced back to near what they were before the mental funk.
Both teams would probably do better shopping their goalies individually rather than just trading them to each other (as they can use retention to (hopefully) get better picks back along with whatever the main piece is going that way).
