Having said that, Steel has no value other then a change of scenery type move.

based on rumored ask I think you have to remove Crouse. I do not think Chychrun would be worth all that, but that is what the reported ask is, so hard to just put Crouse on top of it.

The Ducks are not a Chychrun away from competing for a playoff spot. I would rather trade for Fiala who can be signed long term and cost way less.

I still believe the Coyotes are going to adjust their ask based on the position of their 1st round pick. Where it lands and who they pick will impact the ask.

But I still expect BA's ask to be astronomical. And I don't expect him to move from it. He seems stubborn/determined on trade asks. Which I like. But then I'd just as soon keep Chychrun through the rebuild.

I really hope anaheim isnt in the running for Chychrun... just going to be too expensive to justify... would rather aim at some of the potential forwards available and figure out defense some other way.

Yeah I'd just hate to pay a bounty for him now and then have to sell him two years later for a Lindholm type return if he's intent on hitting the open market. Maybe just looking at it from too much of a pessimistic viewpoint but just seems like it sets up to potentially become a big net loss.

You’re way under valuing Crouse. And over valuing C- assets from the Ducks. Steel. Or B- ones like the disappointing Comtois.
