I mean, they've been practicing for a few years together. I can imagine resentment among the players if they've been working together for years and now some may be kicked off the team to accommodate a conflicting political ideology they've been dealing with for years.

People HERE get disgruntled at foreigners "taking jobs away" from natives. Imagine losing a job you've prepared the past few years for, that only comes once every four years that lasts for just a few weeks, to a nation you resent?

She just said she wished this could have been done years ago. I can't blame her.
