I stopped in the blue line tonight to see the merch since I went into the office to use the gym. The jersey is pretty beautiful in person. I picked up a winter hat to wear with my jersey to the game.

The stadium has speakers, and they'd probably have to do it that way.

Also, the noise doesn't come from speakers in the Nat, unless that's changed in recent years. There's an actual (small) explosive charge set off in the rafters to make the sound.

Still the same. you can see it blow up from the upper level near center ice.

I'm sure they'll still use the same type of system in a safe, controlled location and probably mic it so it carries across the stadium.

I think the blast is or at least was above section 216. I had a partial STH plan there years ago. Much different sound/feeling that close!

Not sure if they are being delayed or it is the just a bump in delivery times for current orders place but the Werenski Stadium Series jersey now says 2/17 is the expected release date.

It said 2/4 when I place my order the day they were released so I don't know if this means all orders are delayed or just ones placed right now.

I apparently missed out on the option to preorder parking for the game. I just found the email and the deadline already expired. Is it sill possible to buy parking in advance because I saw no link for the stadium series on the OSU site where the previous pre-order option was directing people.

The Blue Line did send an email on Wednesday saying that day was the last day to order a jersey and guarantee delivery before the game.

They should have blanks available however because the email did recommend you could buy a blank now and get it customized later if you wanted to wear it to the game.

If did sound like it was possible orders after wednesday could still arrive before the game but they weren't going to guarantee it. I'm still curious to know if my day 1 order will arrive next week as originally quoted. I assume they are probably arriving in waves depending on when they were ordered.

January 16th, which was the day they became available I think. I was going to wait, but I heard some stories about the Devils ones being in high demand so I figured I better get on it.

I have a feeling I'm going to miss out on getting a jersey, which makes me really sad. I'm a jersey collector anyway! But I just cannot justify it in my finances this spring. Hopefully I can find one of the secondary market eventually.
