I really want to go to the Toronto show. I've been out of the loop lately but don't they tape Dynamite and Rampage on the same night? I would hate to miss some stars I want to see and I can really afford to go to just one of the shows.

Generally they do however for Toronto they specifically announced Dynamite on Wednesday and Rampage taping Thursday. I would except Dark/Dark Elevation matches to be taped before and/or after the main shows. Dynamites tend to be better than Rampage however being the week after a PPV and a somewhat special two days of shows anything is possible. Although your comment was about missing wrestlers and it is unlikely you would have any idea as to whom may appear until after All Out. Some of the USA shows have reasonably priced tickets that are $50 CAD or less so maybe if you sit in what would be behind the goalie for hockey then you could afford two nights. If you commit to one you could always keep an eye on resale sites to see if someone attempts to unload a ticket for cheap a few days before or the day of the event.

Oh if it'll be that cheap, I could do both events. I'm looking at Raw tickets for Toronto in August and 100 level tickets are almost $300. I think I'm going to that, haven't been to a wrestling event since Summerslam 2019.

Dynamite/Rampage tapings have been anywhere from 40-75 bucks for me. That’s after fees. Even if it were just dynamite it’s still worth it.

Are the Raw tickets "official platinum" aka official event resale rip off tickets? I doubt (but could be wrong) that the face value of 100 level tickets is approaching $300. Yes, you would have to pay that much if you purchased the tickets you saw today however I would be surprised if everyone else that has already purchased 100 level tickets paid $300.

*edit* For curiosity sake I looked at tickets and indeed they released a bunch of seats in the lower rows of the 100s as official platinum. There are singles in the corners for $106. If the $300 seats aren't sold as the event nears they will change their price to the same as the other 100 level tickets. Somewhere from a day or two before Raw to possibly the day of the show they may release tickets in the section where the hard cam is located.

Dynamic pricing. Any time a concert rolls through town I look for a single ticket. Once a ticket is orphaned by two groups on either side the price plummets. My concert experience has changed drastically over the years. Long gone are the days of trying to coordinate 3-9 friends or whatever, and missing a third of the show in beer lines.

Hmm I'm not sure of the details. My friend was looking up tickets and sent a screenshot of $270 tickets at 100 level. I think straight from ticketmaster. A great app is Gametime. I will have to see if they're cheaper there. I'm sure they are. I went to Summerslam 2019 for like $30 at 100 level from Gametime.

AEW makes announcement concerning expansion of Talent Relations and Development team.

August 3, 2022 – AEW CEO, GM and Head of Creative Tony Khan announced an expansion to AEW’s talent relations team with the promotions of key staff members including Sonjay Dutt, QT Marshall, Pat Buck and Tony Schiavone. In addition, Madison Rayne will join AEW as a coach in the women’s division.

As AEW continues its meteoric rise, the expanded talent relations team will strengthen the infrastructure required to facilitate the development, health and safety of AEW’s outstanding roster. The following promotions and additions are effective immediately:

Sonjay Dutt (Retesh Bhalla) has been promoted to Vice President of Production and Creative Coordination. In this role, he will coordinate communication of AEW storylines, liaise between post-production and key staff to maintain content workflow, produce ancillary content and mentor new producers. Dutt joined AEW in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in professional wrestling – both in-ring and as a producer – and continues to serve on-screen as manager to Satnam Singh and Jay Lethal.

QT Marshall (Michael Cuellari) has been promoted to Vice President of Show and Creative Coordination. He will help to manage show elements including planning programs and storylines, character development, overseeing extras and live event logistics coordination. Marshall, an AEW original with more than 20 years of experience, will continue to wrestle as the leader of The Factory with Anthony Ogogo, Nick Comoroto, Aaron Solo and Cole Karter.

Pat Buck (Pat Buckridge) has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Development. In this position, he will liaise with talent and production, oversee all coaches, provide input on matches and promos, and lead the talent relations team. Buck brings nearly two decades of experience serving wrestling promotions as a talent, trainer, producer and promoter.

Tony Schiavone has been promoted to Senior Producer and Special Advisor to Talent. In this capacity, he will work directly with talent as part of the Talent Relations team. Schiavone is one of AEW’s most tenured members and has nearly 40 years of experience, with an iconic voice that has guided fans through professional wrestling’s most incredible moments.

Madison Rayne (Ashley Nichole Lomberger) will join AEW as a coach in the women’s division, and kick-off her new role tonight in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Madison has competed in numerous professional wrestling promotions where she has held multiple championship titles, including 5-time Women’s World Champion. She has more than 15 years of experience in professional wrestling, and is also a proud mom to a daughter.

Christopher Daniels, an AEW original who brings more than 30 years of industry experience, will continue to serve as Manager of Talent Relations. The Talent Relations team will also remain in close contact with AEW’s Legal and Talent Resources team - led by Margaret Stalvey, Chris Peck and Megha Parekh - who help to support the physical and mental health, safety and security of talent. AEW is also committed to supporting talent beyond the ring, and offers access to world class physicians, trainers and mental health clinicians.
