Wennberg is a defensive specialist, and should only be paid as such. That's worth about 2 million, tops. But even if that's the price he's asking for I'd rather have a bunch of other utility guy in the Kampf or Jarnkrok mold. Wennberg just kills any offense that his linemates create by totally refusing to shoot the puck.

I've never seen a player refuse to shoot like Wennberg. He could have a wide open net on a breakaway and he'd pass it back to nobody.
